After receiving a bit of personal history from Dr. James and how his brother spoke highly of the office, I asked to see what his bedside demeanor was like. Almost a “pop” quiz, sort of speak. I told Dr. James to treat me as if I was a patient in my own office, he started off with regular diagnostics.
